The exhibition spaces are located on the upper level of the museum, while the restrooms, the multipurpose room, the educational program room, the tactile collection, and the offices of the Archaeological Service of Kozani are located on the lower level. Movement between the two levels is facilitated by stairs and an elevator designed for wheelchair access. The ramp at the entrance has double handrails.

There are seating and resting areas in the exhibition spaces for visitors who need to rest. The spaces are obstacle-free, and the width of the corridors is greater than 1.5 meters, meeting the accessibility specifications for people with mobility disabilities.

There are restrooms designed to meet the accessibility standards (accessible WC) throughout the museum’s building. The restrooms are located on the lower level of the museum, which is accessible via stairs or the elevator with wheelchair specifications. The women’s restroom also has a diaper changing table for babies.

The museum has a water vending machine on the upper exhibition level. The museum does not have a refreshment kiosk, but the village of Aiani has many cafes and dining establishments, the nearest of which is approximately 650 meters away.

For visitors with visual impairments, the museum offers a tactile tour of the tactile collection located on the lower level of the museum. The museum also provides informative signage and brochures in Braille.
