This educational program includes a thematic guided tour of the Archaeological Museum of Aiani, focusing on clay-made objects. Following the tour, students participate in a hands-on workshop in the museum’s educational program room. Here, they learn about ancient terracotta-making techniques, using replicas of ancient molds. Students are given molds of figurines and busts, along with child-friendly clay, encouraging them to create their own clay works, either using the molds or freely applying their imagination. They can take their creations as keepsakes to decorate their school. At the end of the program, they visit an ancient ceramic kiln, relocated to the museum’s courtyard from the archaeological site of Polymylos.
